This is your BodyFit by Amy Cardio Agility 10 Minute Quick HIIT Workout! !his is a 10 minute quick hiit with three rounds of each move. We’re going to get in that cardio and it’s all gonna be agility while we increase the intensity every 30 seconds. Are you ready? Let’s do it!
